In the private sector, we have years of experience guiding clients through site plan approvals, obtaining permits, and acquiring funding. 

In the public sector, CBB’s team of expert planners, engineers and designers are well equipped to tackle projects of all levels, from Design-Build projects to Great Streets Initiatives. The work of CBB continues to impact neighborhoods in the City of St. Louis in extremely positive ways. As an elected official, I focus on how to better my community and enhance livability for all the residents of Ward 16 and the City of St. Louis. The transportation planning and traffic calming work done by CBB has been critical in enhancing mobility and providing safer streets within many neighborhoods, including Southampton and St. Louis Hills. In addition to this work, the excitement their staff brings, as residents of St. Louis, to enhancing our communities is contagious, and we are grateful to have them in the St. Louis community.
