Tom Joyner has been an employee of CBB for over 44 years. During that time, he has been a member of our field technician staff that performs a wide range of tasks to provide data and information to our Studies and Design departments, as well as performing inspection duties on various Missouri and Illinois construction projects. For the past several years, he has served solely as a senior construction inspector for several MoDOT permit roadway and traffic signal construction projects in the St. Louis area. Based on his extensive field experience, Tom is familiar with all facets of roadway and signal construction, as well as the implementation and maintenance of proper traffic control practices for short-term and long-term roadway work.
