Melissa joined CBB in early 2026 after more than a decade as a transportation planner in the public sector. Her experience in the regional planning initiatives positions her to identify and align transit-oriented development opportunities with available funding and implementation strategies. Melissa has a deep knowledge of multimodal transportation and a strong interest in planning bicycle, pedestrian, transit, and paratransit projects to improve accessibility and safety. Melissa has led stakeholder engagement efforts, educational webinars, and helped translate technical concepts into meaningful dialogue that informs parking management, mobility choices, and campus circulation improvements.
