Matt has 20 years of experience in the traffic/transportation industry. His core job responsibilities include the design and plan preparation of traffic signals, ITS, signage, pavement markings, pedestrian facilities, and roadway design projects. The design process requires him to be proficient in field verification of existing conditions; spot survey of equipment missed or inaccurately depicted on electronic survey files; inspection of existing facilities to determine their functionality; knowledge of the standards and specifications by which each governing agency abides.
Matt is also a licensed UAS drone pilot and a member of the Madison County, Illinois Emergency Management Drone Team flying missions for search and rescue and for fire observations.
