As a field technician, Ethan participates in traffic data collection activities and other duties as assigned. He is responsible for scheduling and coordinating data collection projects. Installation, removal, processing, and maintenance of traffic data collection equipment including pneumatic tube (hose) counters, traffic cameras, radar recorders, etc. He also performs manual traffic counts and field observations.
